Refund Policy & Terms

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of creative, strategy, and consulting work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We are committed to delivering high-quality services that align with your selected scope and outlined deliverables.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are paying for our time, expertise, and creative process—not guaranteed outcomes.

If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverables, we offer one (1) feedback session and one (1) round of reasonable revisions when applicable to your service tier. Additional revisions require a new agreement and additional fees.

 

Service Expectations

TWRD BETR is responsible for our process, timely delivery, and professional expertise. We show up fully for every client engagement. 

TWRD BETR is not responsible for:

• Specific business results, financial outcomes, ROI, or sales performance

• Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary materials

• Changes in client goals after the project begins

 

Ownership of Creative Work

All creative concepts, drafts, deliverables, and produced work remain the exclusive property of TWRD BETR until final payment is received in full.

If a client initiates a chargeback or disputes payment, all rights to any creative work, strategy, content, or deliverables immediately revert back to TWRD BETR, and the client must cease use of all materials.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of work without completed payment may result in legal action.
